Last week, I taught you a great herbal hack for getting in tune with tarot decks that leave you feeling disconnected from your readings and this week’s hack is definitely in the same vein, but a little different. Have you ever had a particular deck that you can’t seem to read reversed cards well with? Say you pull the Wheel Of Fortune card – a notoriously lucky card when pulled from a deck in the upright position, but you really are having nothing but bad luck at this time in your life. If this is the case, you’re probably wondering why you didn’t pull the reversed Wheel Of Fortune tarot card, which is always an omen of bad luck. I’m not totally sure why this happens in readings, but I attribute it to several things… sometimes it is our own doubt weakening the cards, sometimes we project what we want to see in a reading and that comes out in the spread, other times we aren’t properly grounded, but most of the times – your cards just need to be cleansed of negative energy and/or rebalanced! Regardless of what’s going on, when something is definitely out of whack – we need to fix it so we can move on! It is for this reason I came up with this little crystal spell to bring balance back to an ornery tarot deck.
– lithium quartz crystal
– tarot card deck
STEP 1: Cleanse your crystal, then activate your crystal with balancing intentions. Imagine the lithium quartz recalibrating the cards to read accurately in their upright and reversed positions. See the universe twisting and turning the cards to reveal your true fate in the deck once again.
STEP 2: After your stone is ready, place it in front of your tarot deck and shuffle the cards as you chant the following rhyme 3 times and recall your thoughts of the crystal recalibrating the cards to read correctly.
“78 CARDS ARE ALWAYS FOUND
AS I SHUFFLE ROUND AND ROUND,
BUT NOW 156 ASTOUND
WHEN I READ THEM UPSIDE-DOWN.”
STEP 3: Wrap this stone with your deck, and if problems persist – perform this chant before every reading session until your deck is giving balanced readings again.
